The main objective of the Company is reliable and regular heat and energy supply for consumers, that provides profit and increase of capitalization of the company; and increase of its investment appeal in Russian power branch reforming process.
The basic production targets the Company faces today:
Support of reliable energy and heat supplies for consumers of the area, especially in winter period of demand maximum;
Realization of the program of repair of the power stations' equipment, electric and heating systems;
Assurance of the task of the Russian Joint-stock "United Power System" by creation of fuel reserves in storage facilities on 01.01.2007г;
Performance of the investment program of the Company
Priorities in financial activity:
Realization of the downsizing program, including the way of further development of the competitive systems of purchases of the goods, services and work;
Fulfillment of conditions of the Agreement of lawsuit with creditors of the Company as guarantee of successful reforming;
Establishment of economically proved tariffs for the Company;
Increase of financial stability of the Company. Minimizing of difference between debit and credit debts;
Maintenance of the Company investment appeal
At present reforming processes of the Joint-Stock "Kuzbassenergo" and creation of the Territorial generating company №12 (TGK-12) are in progress.
